Diet culture is everywhere – in ads, social media, even well-meaning advice from friends and family.
But this constant stream of nutrition myths and misinformation often leads to fad dieting, poor relationships with food, and real health problems.
You need evidence-based guidance from professionals who understand both the science of nutrition and the human experience of eating.
We believe:
With 20 years of experience and a personal history of healing from an eating disorder, I understand the journey from both sides.
My mission is combining clinical expertise with compassionate support, helping you manage health conditions while building a peaceful relationship with food.
Lindsay works with clients both virtually and in person in our Providence office.

She's been supporting our clients for 4 years and loves baking in her free time (especially anything chocolate!).
We empower people to heal their relationship with food and manage health conditions through evidence-based, weight-neutral nutrition care.
We reject diet culture and weight stigma. Instead, we stand for evidence-based care that honors your unique needs and supports your whole health journey – whether you're managing a medical condition or recovering from disordered eating.
The result? A gentle, sustainable approach to nutrition that's built on self-trust, not restriction.
We believe in your autonomy to make choices that work for your body and your life.
True health comes from having the freedom to explore what feels right, not from following rigid rules or external expectations.
Eating and movement should bring joy, not dread.
We celebrate the pleasure in food and find ways to make health choices feel energizing and enjoyable, because sustainable changes happen when they add to your life rather than restrict it.
We cut through nutrition myths and diet culture noise with evidence-based truth.
In a field often clouded by misleading promises and quick fixes, we commit to transparent, straightforward guidance that prioritizes your wellbeing.
These calls are available if we need to chat for 15 minutes to make sure we're a good fit.
This introduction call is completely free and gives you a chance to ask questions.
If we move forward, your first session will be a thorough 60-minute assessment where we really get to know your history, concerns, and goals.
From there, we'll develop a personalized approach that works for your life.
We offer both virtual and in-person sessions at our Providence and Cranston offices.
Most clients start with bi-weekly sessions and adjust as needed.
Our approach
Free yourself from guilt and shame associated with "good/bad" foods. Learn to enjoy all foods and feel confident at holidays, parties, and vacations.
Experience the vitality that comes from adequate nourishment. Stop spending mental energy worrying about every bite and start focusing on what truly matters.
Make peace with food and movement in a way that feels good for you. Life is more enjoyable when food isn't a big deal and you can be fully present each day.

Use the questions below for guidance:
Your first session is the time we take to really get to know you and your experience with eating thus far.
We ask a lot of questions such as: what brings you to see us?
We also like to make sure we understand your medical history and any current conditions/symptoms you are managing.
Since eating behaviors go far beyond just nutrients, we will explore social, cultural, financial, and emotional factors that may have or still impact the way you feed yourself.
If time allows, we can provide some initial education and or discuss some action steps at an initial appointment. Often, we gather data about our client through several sessions.
Through follow up sessions we will together identify barriers and discuss changes you may want to consider making that will get you on a path to feeling good.
All of our dietitians do both!
